     Module 2: Advanced Prompting Engineering (Zero-Shot, Few-Shot, Chain-of-Thought, Directional
                       Stimulus)
                      Learning outcome: Create and test structured prompts using zero-shot and example-led techniques.
     Module 3: Enterprise Workflow Automation with ChatGPT, Claude & Gemini
                       Learning outcome: Map an everyday office process to a repeatable AI-assisted workflow.
     Module 4: AI-Driven Content Production, Document Summarization & Data Extraction
                       Learning outcome: Extract, summarize and format information from sample business documents.
     Module 5: Responsible AI: Hallucination Mitigation, Bias & Safety Guardrails
                       Learning outcome: Apply verification, confidentiality and bias checks to AI outputs.
5. Practical project

Source capstone title: Build an Automated Business Document Analysis & Reporting Assistant
Student deliverable: A reusable document analysis assistant that accepts a business document, extracts key
fields, summarizes findings and produces a structured report with human review.
